Konami has pushed out game updates for the titles included in the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2, and this is to apply bug fixes.

Players will see the Metal Gear Solid 4 update 1.004.003 available for download today, as well as Peace Walker update 1.301, as separate downloads.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Update 1.004.003 Fixes Nasty Progression Issue

The main update contents are as follows.

PlayStation®5 version *METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOTS (Master Collection Version)* Ver.1.4.1 Fix Details

• Fixed an issue where progress could become impossible in Act.3 under certain conditions
• Fixed minor issues and made adjustments

In addition to that, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker also received a client-side patch today.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker Minor Fixes for Sept. 18

PlayStation®5 version *METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER (Master Collection Version)* Ver.1.3.1/
Steam® version *METAL GEAR SOLID PEACE WALKER (Master Collection Version)* Ver.1.3.2 Fix Details

• Changed the search method when executing “SEARCH HOST”
• Fixed minor issues and made adjustments

Given the two titles are closed-off experiences, we’re not expecting a lot of title updates to be released for ’em.
